I tried the workout legitimately and I was just able to complete the first exercise (barbell back squats of 12 sets did 12-20 reps) and my leg stopped working, this workout is no joke 💀

I tried this with some friends once. After the workout we were like “damn that wasn’t to bad tbh and we aren’t even that sore”. 2 days later and I can barely stand in the shower and get out of bad 💀
