12-20 reps of good barbell squats will help your quads grow a lot. 1-5 reps will be optimal for building maximal strength. Choose which is more impirtant for you🏋‍♂️

The truth is legs like more reps than upper body.... legs are very strong and have a huge endurance capacity.... they carry you all day long.... imagine walking upside down all day.... heavy weight just doesn't enough for legs... and building legs properly takes a lot of mental capacity.... that's why Tom had legendary

I've tried Tom Blatz method of training on the Lower Body and it actually works. I've lifted weights for more than 15 years and Tom suggestions really WORKED for me. REPS are Key for Leg Growth
