Keto Chocolate Chip Pizza:
2 sticks Butter 🍯
Keto or Low Carb Chocolate Chips: 🍫
4 Keto Tortillas
Preheat Oven to 400. Spray a pan with OO or Avocado Oil Spray & Toast as show in the video. Put on Parchment paper lined baking sheet. Melt butter and mix with cake mix. Spread 1/4 of the cake mix on tortilla as shown. Top with chocolate chips and press in or wait until after initial cook. Bake for 7 minutes and rotate in the oven. Bake for an additional 4-6 minutes, paring careful attention to the chocolate chips. Don't Let em Burn! Let cool for 5-10 minutes, cut and enjoy!
Keto Mug Cake:
Add 1/3 cup cake mix, 2 T melted butter, & 2 T Water to a mug. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and then 30 more seconds if not adding anything and it's done. Or, if you're adding in chocolate chips, blueberries, etc, microwave 1 minute, stir in other ingredients, and microwave 30 more seconds. Let it cool a little and ENJOY!
