THANK YOU!! I made them with wegmans carton eggwhites i added cayenne, onion garlic powder and little salt like you said… they were AMAZING!! I put in 425° oven for 25 minutes I have a brand new oven so I kept checking it after 15 minutes and really I think I could’ve kept it in a few more minutes because some of them were a tiny bit soft in the middle but for the most part they were very crispy ! What a treat ! And adding Parmesan cheese adds
Two more grams of protein per tablespoon and made it taste even better but wasn’t necessary ! ❤❤ I used 3/4c of egg Whites It MADE 18 chips … maybe I could’ve put a little less of the egg in each muffin cup so that it wouldn’t have been a little soft in the middle or perhaps left it in the oven a little bit longer… but it was my first batch I’m learning again thank you so much!

I've tried every "trick" out there, the easiest way is to simply break the egg into a bowl and scoop out the yolk with your hand, letting the white run through your fingers. I've been doing it for years, works perfectly every time.
Also, use three bowls, one to crack the egg into, one to put the yolks in, and then the third is to pour your egg whites into. Never break your eggs into your egg whites bowl planning to take the whole yolk out, because every once in a while that bugger breaks and you've just wasted all those perfect whites.

I'm not going to read all the comments, but I use an empty water bottle to suck the yolk out of the bowl. Squeeze the bottle, place onto yolk and release a little, yolk comes right out.

Yesss, I've been making these for years using a muffin tin and adding spices. It's so easy. I then use the egg yolks for other recipes. So glad you did a video so more people know about this little hack. These work for just about every dip you can think of.

Use a small kitchen funnel. The eggwhite will drop through into the bowl. Then put your egg yolk in a separate container.

The easiest way to separate the whites from the yolks (I've found) is to just use your hands and let the whites run through your fingers while you hold onto the yolk. Works like a charm! 😉

Tap the outside of the egg on the narrower side with the spoon gently until you hear a pop. The white separates from the shell. When you then crack the egg, it’s already separated and is easy to do the same thing you’re doing since the white isn’t sticking to the side of the shell.

I made these today with box egg whites and they were just as good as the ones you separate.
Also after I take them out of the oven and let cool I cook them about 3 minutes longer in the air fryer and crisps them up really good. I like them with Everything Bagel seasoning . Lunch today was Peanut butter & keto blueberry jam on chips! As I always say: YUM-O-LICOUS!

OMG😱 I used the egg white carton and it worked. Definitely have to make sure you use 1 tsp in each so they crisp up and olive oil spray for the pan.I absolutely love these and will make them from now on. Thank you so much☺️
