Auditory HALLUCINATIONS Explained

My auditory hallucinations are rarely phrases? Sometimes at most it’s my name being called, but usually it’s mundane sounds like footsteps, tinitus like ringing, breaking glass, animal noises, ect.

It's not always negative. Usually though, they are very fast talking which you can't discern words. Also sometimes instead of voices, they can be replaced by a droning sound with slight fluctuations, which can send the person hearing it into a kind of zoned out trance

What is the difference if the voice is ones own voice inside ones own head between the frontal area of ones forehead or how should i explain it? Vs senteces of both one self or other people that said all kinds of things from being fun to even insulting provoking types of sentences words? I always wondered this Speaking from someone like me who has atypical autism paranoid schizophrenia
