I have had hypnagogic hallucinations. I used to have a lot of them. Thankfully I haven't had one in a long time. I was recently told that I am experiencing olfactory hallucinations there and they are related to a headache condition. 😂 I was relieved to find out why I was always smelling things burning when they weren't. I live in an apartment complex so that was a very worrisome thing and it still is. But now that I know I try to trust a little better that once I've done a precursory check to make sure that everything's okay to trust in the smoke detectors and what not.

Hi, I have a question. So I hallucinate a very detailed creepy figure that’s usually following me. It’s speaks to and tells me to kill myself, I was just wondering if it is normal for that kind of thing to happen to someone who is still growing up? (I think it’s a hallucination)
