He told me to crunch more and I accidentally slammed my elbow into my knee! Got a nice bruise now but still had fun. Crunch goals met haha!

Located in Arizona. Love the programs, but at 77 need to start slowly. Looking forward to “joining” your workout program, but need to build confidence with dance steps and longer time frames. 💕
