This is excellent. I hope you don't mind if I can signpost these videos for patients. Could you also do some videos for pelvis floor exercises for chronic pelvic pain. Keep up the good work.

I am so encouraged by her exercises. Because of Stage 4 ovarian cancer, the tumor wrapped around my lower colon and rectum. I had an ileostomy for 6 months before it was reversed. Currently, I cannot have a bowl movement without laxatives. So, I'm trying this method as well as bowel training.

Where is lift, back and door door passage? I re-watched this intro 5 times and still cannot understand. You have good exercises but I am missing lots.
