These videos always bring me comfort about dealing with my anxiety and depression. The way she talks and the way she delivers her message is always the perfect tone which is important to me because the tone at which someone gives you life advice can really make or break whether it resonates with you

I find writing my feelings down helps me. I have notebooks and notebooks of endless poems, stories, diary-type entries, and even some doodles. If you hate talking like me, I definitely recommend writing, even if you don’t share it.

I find even a little bit of self care goes a long way. Things like washing my face and sometimes applying a face masks or taking a shower helps. Once executive dysfunction decides to take a rest.

Man mental health is tough. I have not had the bouts of highs and lows that you deal with. But can appreciate how people who have these issues struggle daily. Such a great post. Hopefully will help a lot of people.

Thank you so much Anna, yesterday i had a severe anxiety attack at school which has led me talk to my family and actually open up about my feelings. This made me less nervous to talk to my school counselor today about what i should do

Wait, I meant that as a good thing. I MEANN you're the reason I wasn't afraid to get help. Even tho people are really shitty when asked for help sometimes, which makes me feel so ashamed of myself but... I mean, at least I got you

I thought I was having healthy habits until my sever depression and anxiety leveled up to non stop panic attacks,
4 days after not being able to sleep or eat anything, my therapist was like 'oh no, how many layers of repression do u even have?!"
