There should be campaigns or educational talks at schools to address this issues. Also government must include this as a priority in hospitals to prevent or treat people in need.

I am suffering from depression and anxiety since 2018. I have joined weekend batch in yoga institute since 6 months. And I am benefited a lot. My condition has improved. Their monthly magazine on yoga and total health also has helped me to be stronger and positive.
