I do this one every second day.
I've lost 30 kg in just over a year with a few set backs. Started off not being able to do a single pushup now after a year I can run a 10k in under an hour and can do workouts like this consistently. I started off following Jordan's workouts before starting to run and they were a big help to lose the initial weight and gain strength and control over my body.

Ooo, I knew it. It was a hard core workout. It wasn't the best performance of mine, but I am shaking. I was sore from the previous day ! I am definitely aiming for better results! You rock, Jordan. Thank you!

I successfully made it !! It's a very hard workout for me because I always had a lack of sleep but i figured it out. It is also enjoyable at the same time due to those nice music that pushes me to complete it. I almost give up between those planks hahaha. God bless and continue for inspiring us. Thank you!!!
