I gave up at the last round - last three workout. The no rest session make difference. I felt like the my whole cell being sucked into my guts. Once i dropped down, it felt like the blood rushed back into the muscle fibers. It feels hot suddenly-but in refreshing way. Thanks for the workout. Hopefully i can finished it next time.

Definitely one of my favorite. From warm up to level 5 with no rest. The best part? Only 20 mins. No excuses for not having time to exercise.

Do not think this is easy. It's very hard. Fully half the session has no rest. Keep that in mind. Great work, jordan. Very hard.

Thank you Sir. I train via your videos daily and only rest 2 days weekly for the last 1 month. I lost 4kgs in 12 days from 82kgs to 78kgs which was my target weight. Right now I got more endurance, muscle strength and gained muscles too. Am now working out on my abs and so far for just 1 month results have started being visible. Thank you and God bless you. A year ago I would have taken 30 mins to complete this with lots of rest in between, but thanks to your workouts, I did it without any rest in between, I just allowed the video to play through while maintaining 100% good posture. All thanks to your videos Jordan, I have come so far. Keep up the good work. Also just saw the community post, congratulations man!!! 🥳
