Been dieting and exercising and taking acv at 4 table spoons a day, I went from 220lbs at the start of the month currently 207lbs. Diluted with water. It works don’t let this lady mislead you, it can really boost you if you workout and eat right.

Always dilute and drink with a straw if possible. It's terrible for your tooth enamel. Surprised she missed that

People are totally twisting what she's saying. In saying one study doesn't support certain claims she is providing evidence. She's made it quite clear that acv and the claims mentioned in the video aren't well documented not necessarily because of unfavorable results, but because they haven't been studied so much. It doesn't make what she's saying invalid, or that your anecdotal experience is false. If acv helps you for whatever reason, keep doing it. Just because you can't scientifically/medically explain why it works for you doesn't mean you should throw science out of the window altogether.

Wow, she completely avoids the one central benefit ACV HAS been shown to help with - Glycemic response! (Which can definitely help with weight loss for those with insulin resistance).
Dr. Greger (NutritionFacts) has several good videos on this where he actually digs into the studies detailing how it works.

And as far as the funding source being a vinegar company - It's still a NON-PATENTABLE substance. So if they prove ACV is good for you - there's no guarantee folks will buy their brand.
And what about pharmaceutical companies. They ALWAYS fund studies for their drugs.
She just seems to want to trash it by avoiding the science that DOES prove its real benefits.

Wtf. This video sucks. Just talks about how Apple cider vinegar doesnt do anything and not to take it for any reason except for whatever reason lol and then suggests you take 2 spoonfuls a day of it lol then it says it has loads of good bacteria haha well I dilute apple cider vinegar in water and drink the diluted solution 3 times back to back right after my meals. I just pour the cider in water, I don’t measure a tea spoon or anything. I probably consume 1/4 of a bottle every day. That crap makes me pee like no other. Long as you dilute it in water and drink it after a meal. You’re good to go when it comes to digestion and detoxification.
