I am not a dietitian but I buy these every two weeks. I sometimes get recipes from the (BDA) British Dietitian Association websites. Healty recipes for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes .

great staples. Legumes, Lentils and beans should be part of our staples because studies show that increased legume intake increases life span and decreases diseases. not to mention that they are versatile and delicious when cooked properly.

Easy if you don't have allergies. The UK is hell for cross contamination. Cans and jars of beans have corn, soy derivatives in as well as salt for the preservatives. And you literally can't buy red lentils if your gluten free. Everything comes with a may contain label and it takes several weeks for companies to get back to you about handling.
