“Most consistent members are the morning members”

As someone who worked in a gym for over 2 year, this is absolutely 100% spot on!

5:30am everyday my garage gym is open and I'm hitting the weights to the beats of reggaetón.

The concept of morning workouts helping you be ready for the day varies from person to person. I have never felt ready to “tackle the day” after a morning workout. The rest of my day is downhill. By noon I'm ready to go to bed. Mid-day is the sweet spot for me.

5AM to 6AM, every day except Sunday totally changed my proccess....never miss now, and my performance did take about 4-6 months to adapt...spot on

when training in the morning, you need to pay more attention to warm-up because there is a greater chance of injury

I love my 5-6pm workouts because I'm better prepared, fully stretched throughout the day, stronger, and it gives me something I love to look forward to by the end of the day. I'm a student.

As a Student who lives 3 mins from his 24/7 Gym… evening is dope. Can work out and go to bed straight away and recovery starts ASAP.

I work swing shifts, 12+ hours so I work out when I can, I do get a least 3 to 4 sessions in every week, no matter what time of day it is...!#getithowyoulive

Worked in a gym 1st shift and the morning crew was most definitely always consistent!

Morning person!!!! I agree, it does help one stay consistent. I’m a young mom of two who works full time and goes to school so afternoons are a no go for me. I once tried working out in the night but I would end up so drained! It was horrible, had no consistency.

I kind of feel like the time when you workout is all psychological.

Consistency is king!
I will not sacrifice sleep for working out. So i do mine at home after work.... I am consistent so it works for me!

I used to ask these ridiculous questions and over analyze everything. Just work out when you feel good. Stop over thinking it.

As a professional athlete, in order to get the most out of my workouts I do resistance/weight training upon rising, and do my long runs at night.

I workout from 8 to 9 PM. I do IF ( intermittent fasting ) so I do fasted workouts ( take black coffee and 2 to 3 teaspoons of honey as pre workout ), that way I can eat just after my workout which feels so good honestly.
My eating window is from 9 pm to 1 am.
And as we see in this video CONSISTENCY is the key.
The best to workout is the time you feel the best you can workout, in my opinion.
