HAHAHAH the one piece of pasta in the to go box!
I needed these tips because Im going to a dinner Monday and was worried about keeping ontrack
My favourite meal is pasta!!
Question: how do you track your calories while eating out? I use myfitnesspal and since you don’t know exactly whats in the dish and also you may not find the specific dish on the app – how do you work around this? (oh you answered this hehe)
I do the google the menu before hand
