This is so cool because somewhere along the way I got into the habit of doing exactly what you’re describing in this video and it’s such an automatic exercise at this point I’m not even aware I’m doing it lol. I have SO many of these short recordings on my phone dating all the way back to 2016.

I am amazed by your theory since I had the same kind of thinking but in another direction.
What I thought is that we have an inner voice in our head to which we make reference. I thought that by listening the voice I want to imitate I will reference it to change it and turn it into my own inner voice.

This is great, I think it’ll help changing my own inner voice and not replace it by another.

Hi teacher,
I often record myself, and I notice I need to clarify the sounds, I mean I need to vocalise more, but I don't recognize if there is one worse than the other, well, I will follow your advice and will try to identify my mistakes, which it won't be difficult because they are everywhere. Cheers

Musicians are advised to record their playing, too. But for analyzing and hearing mistakes. Here it's another idea. This is where the subconscious has to work. Interesting.

Hi, I have some doubts here. First of all, should I use the same recording to apply the technique? And secondly, do I need to take one to two weeks with the same recording or you meant that time was applying the technique overall?

Are you trying to learn another language or teach English?
