2 week - 1 month - Mood lifted, depression leaving.
4.5 - 5 month - Acne going away. Was gradually going away before.
7.5 - 8 month - Hormones and metabolism more balanced. More energetic. Periods became regular.
14 - 16 month - Hit weight goal and cellulite went away ( Over 1 year of no cheating ).
2 years - Scratches, scrapes and zits heal faster. Vision hasn't gotten worse. Hair feels better.

After two weeks of raw vegan, I noticed my restless leg syndrome stopped. That was the first thing. Then my ankles stopped hurting. Loving this so far! Thanks for all your help!

Thankfully I have no idea why people say it's going to take a while. I have been raw for only 3 days, and I feel AMAZING! I already notice a MASSIVE change in how I feel and how I look and other little things as well. Maybe I am just one of the lucky ones.

7 days into Raw vegan and my blood pressure dropped from 140/98 to 128/74. First thing I felt are my sense heightened, better breathing, and more energy. I started this to fix my blood pressure but im really considering this to be a forever thing since I feel so good

Symptoms of acute illness is the body cleansing and healing itself. Chronic illness is a sign of deep body damage. It takes time to work through all of that. Thanks Lisa! You are beautiful inside and out :)

I have chronic back pain due to spondylolisthesis, but also because I'm pretty overweight right now. I've been vegetarian-almost-vegan for about 16 months, and I just finally made the change to raw vegan via 80/10/10. The second day, my back pain had subsided by at least 90% because of this diet's anti-inflammatory nature. I'm so excited to see how I feel as I go along!! <3 Love this channel... just found you, bought your sauces and dips book, and can't wait to hear more from you. Thank you!!

Love the fact you didn't tell people what they want to hear, but need to hear. The toughest part for me is when I'm feeling great but that little voice inside is saying, "you have to eat this way the rest of your life, " and let's face it, healthy choices are not "comfort" food. So there's a sense of loss and alienation from the "normal" world (normal not meaning healthy, but just what everyone else does). In time those feelings pass, but its so easy to rationalize and backslide. Big key is not to beat yourself up when you choose to backslide. Sense of humor and self-forgiveness is vital. Thanks.

Thank you for this video! My weight loss journey has been long and slow. To hear that it takes up to 12-14 months to loose the weight really helps me set up better expectations for myself.

Lissa you are amazing! Your videos are the balm of comfort and much needed encouragement for those days you need inspiration. This is EXACTLY what people need to hear when they need to be reminded that it's a process, it takes time, but it's oh so worth it. I just watched this again tonight on a particular frustrating day, when I needed to be reminded of the fact that this works. I've been mostly raw vegan for about a year now, with attempts at moving toward 80-10-10ish. It's been one of the most amazing experiences of my life to go raw, but also with its host of challenges. I've lost such a lot of hair, though it seems to be growing back. That's been one of the hardest things to deal with during the transition. My skin, energy, and digestion has tremendously improved, among many other positive and interesting changes. Love your videos as you are so specific, authentic and encouraging. Keep shingling your light lovely one!

I am in the middle of a depression right now and slowly finding ways to get out of it. For instance daily bouncing om my rebounder, that makes me feel so good. Also I decided to go back to raw vegan again, and now you tell me that it will also make you get rid of depression. How good is that? I will do the transition slowly, step by step, untill I am back to where I fell off the wagon a few years ago. Weightloss is my biggest goal and you are my inspiration, I want to look slim and beautiful like you! First I will finish whatever is left in the fridge and then I will do my raw vegan groceries day by day and see how that works for me. I know I have to be patient, so... wish me luck!

I just found my favourite breakfast :) Sprouted lentils, lightly toasted hazelnuts, chopped orange, grated carrot. I've struggled w finding a breakfast that doesn't make me hungry, fatigued or overstuffed. I'm a long time vegan and i need beans to feel ok and not hungry but they're too salty. I just realised sprouted lentils are so much better. i'm not raw, i'm mixed cooked and raw vegan. Your videos are inspiring.

Ive only been raw a little over a month. The first biggest difference is how youthful I look. I always looked my age or older. But lately, people do not believe I am almost 35. They always think I'm in my early 20's. I love it! I can't wait to reach all my goals.

First 30 days I noticed a ton of changes including; weight loss, mood better (depression and anxiety symptoms at least 70% better), IBS symptoms gone, sleep better and deeper, skin looks plumper and more vibrant, skin conditions gone. I feel better each day. 🌟
