My grandma did almost the same, but she would season the chicken and marinate it in Tobasco sauce, and use buttermilk instead of the egg dip. So good.

Just made this!! It’s amazing!! The only thing I changed was I soaked my chicken in buttermilk 1st then did flour egg mixture then flour again. This was amazing and crispy
