When I tell you this was the best chicken I’ve ever made, I mean it!! There was so much flavour, great proportions and ingredients and love the use of self raising flour! I actually flicked little bits of butter in the flour and coated it to make little pockets of crispy buttery coating too!

I made these on July 1st with few friends to celebrate Canada day and oh boy was it the definition of fantastic! my friends and family could not get enough they were eating more of the chicken i made then the Tandoori chicken my mom made made even tho it was still good what she made.
