My miracle is flaxseed ( grounded) 3 tablespoons a day . 2 with breakfast, 1 with dinner. Absolutely no problem since that. Taste like walnuts. Mix in cereal or just tablespoon in mouth then drink water super easy! ( note : one side effect you get more gas) lol

The optimal manner to manage constipation after surgery will be to take at the time a suitable dose castor oil (a large tablespoon with 1/2 oz= 15 ml castor oil) on an empty stomach.

I had lower spinal surgery 3 weeks passed I’m still having problems going toilet drinking 2 litres water every day eating loads of fibre walking around stopped taking pain killers after 2 days of surgery but I’m still getting constipated cuz of that got haemorrhoids ☹️

I've had constipation at least 2 days prior to general anesthesia. I am medication, that may cause constipation, though i usually don't have it. I finally had bowel movement a day after anesthesia... And on my second day, i had impacted stool in my rectum. Nurse had to use an enema to flush it out. Which helped, but it seems like i tore mi rectum a bit. Joly shit. I am otherwise quite active and young.
