Self-doubt and taking responsibility for their projected guilty feelings. That was the hardest part for me. I apologised for something that wasn't my fault. I take full responsibility for my actions and I know that it meant I had work to do on myself, which, I have. Its still frustrates me sometimes

Thank you for these videos. They truly are appreciated. What should one do when their significant other keeps making the same "mistake", causing severe trust issues continuously, is wishy washy with their apologies, rages violently to the point of harming me and my belongings, degrades me for hours on end when fighting..? I've been kicked out of my home only to be begged to come back, threatened with rape, have been spit in the face, and he has put my head in the toilet. I have held a grudge about these things and do bring them up when we're fighting because I feel his mistreatment of me is relevant. Am I the narcissist causing all of this? He says I am an abusive narcissist who makes him act that way and he says he treats me like that because I am “too insecure” and have “issues” and am “crazy and need help”. I just stand there with a shocked expression as he says this and I’m standing in a pile of broken glass after being degraded so harshly. Any advice is welcome 🙏 💜

Mine has me cornered. It’s a hard day. Full of threats and panic attacks. And because he’s baited me and illegally recorded my reaction after HOURS of harassment I can’t even reliably get a restraining order because I haven’t recorded his abuse - because I don’t do illegal things. I’m feeling so defeated today....

I had a narc say I was harassing him! I think he was wanting a reaction from him saying that? 🤔 I honestly have no idea why he had said that to me.
