In this video you'll find my favorite songs of 1985 or songs that I discovered that year. Originally I uploaded my first 'VERY BEST Of 1985' video in 2020 but since then a) the video has been destrayed by blocks and b) some songs have aged well and other not. So here is my newest ranking in a remastered version of the video.

Thank you for this video. 1985 is an excellent year for music and a great #1 and taste there. 👍 My favourites are my all time favourite song 'The Power of Love' by Jennifer Rush. A beautiful if heartbreaking and passionate power ballad. This song was the best selling of 1985 in the UK. My other favourite is the amazing 'Heaven' by Bryan Adams.

Any list from 1985 should include "SARA", by Starship. Number 1 in the USA in the autumn of 1985. If not on the list, then really, you weren't paying attention. Of course i realize this is about personal preference....

I SEEN THAT LATER. bUT ASK A THOUSAND PEOPLE. "sara" WAS MOST POPULAR-AT LEAST HERE IN THE usa, IN THE FALL OF 1985. I didn't know the ranking was your top priority. I know this, as me, a cousin, and a buddy were all 3 dating girls named SARA. And SARA was on the charts longer as well. So yres sir, SARA was enormous in October, November, and December of 1985.
