Release tightness in the inner thighs, groin and adductors with this yin yoga class. Today's deep stretches will leave you feeling energized and open in just 15 minutes.

If you're new to yin yoga, my 'Taste of Yin' practices are great for beginners! Each one is between 10-20 minutes. Today we focus our deep stretches on the area of the inner leg: groin, adductors, and inner thighs, where so much tightness resides!

Loved the intensity of these stretches. Although flexible, my legs have always been super tight. I think these stretches were excellent, and I'll try to incorporate them more often. Thanks for all you do for us Joelle!

Congrats on hitting 110k!!! Keep it up. Bravo! It’s been a yin kind of week so far, prepping for the start of my 5 day zen retreat on Friday. I find that yin sets me up very well both physically and mentally especially in preparation for a rigorous retreat. Thanks Joelle!

This was a lovely practice! The second pose was challenging with my very tight inner thighs, but focusing on my breathing helped me stay with it and brought a nice release. Thank you!

ABSOLUTELY loving your stretches/asanas. Not too fast nor slow, not easy, nor difficult. Perfect pacing. And the meditative narration surely brings calm and positivity 👌

before I did this I couldn’t sit in butterfly position at all I was in so much pain, now I can sit perfectly and I feel so much better!. Definitely joining the yin yoga challenge. Thank you so much ❤
