I consistently fall asleep during my exams but it doesn't seem to help my performance.

I wonder whether the people who are likely to get consistent sleep (can stick to a routine, better regulate themselves etc) were more likely to perform well because of a predisposition/proclivity for discipline, rather than just the consistent vs total duration conclusion.

I've been doing less than 6 hours a night since I was 13. I'll do me and you do you. My neurosurgeon says I'm good.

3 years ago I started to do my personal development in the morning. I needed the extra time to exercise and brain train. I gradually woke up 15 min earlier everyday in 2019 and now have maintained a 9:30pm to 3am sleep pattern. I never feel tired and can do complex tasks during the day. My immune system is excellent. I learnt how to achieve more deep sleep.
