Awesome video.  I now understand the damage that I've been doing for the past 30 years since I have a desk job.  Not that I have ever been flexible but it keeps getting worse with the passage of time.  I've only known about the APT for a few days.  The sad part is that a Chiropractor many years gave me a tube pillow to put at my lower back while sitting to help with my lower back pain resulting in a deeper tilt.  Thanks so much.

Amazing. I used to run and workout a lot and my pelvis when i looked down was straight in line with my feet and everything looked so symetrical without any fat or water weight on me. Last time i was really lean was 2 years ago and i have been sitting in bad postures in leather office/gaming chairs a lot and now my right knee cracks everytime i straighten my leg, my pelvis/upper leg joint is more forward at the right leg/side. My groin muscles feel tight, my calves have lost muscles and my upper legs are full of fat and water weight. Exercise is everything in life. Im starting again!

Your stuff works good. My 48 year old pelvic tilt is crippling, also seems to be  causing my knee pain and I'm seeing lots of relief with your exercises, thanks. Is their any elastic band strengthening exercises you can touch on relating to this.

Actually one of the best and clearest explanations of why chronic sitting causes chronic pelvic tilt. Plus:some ammunition to use that's actually doable while your at your "sit station." I know I'll always be sitting for long, unhealthy periods of time, so your pointers are most helpful. Heck, I might even do the floor exercises to boot! :)

Great Video. Few things you didn't mention that other articles have;

Strengthening hamstrings needed? 
Stretching the quads?
Does foam rolling have the same effect as stretching?

One article suggested stretching the hip flexors and spinal erectors then foam rolling the glutes, hamstrings, it band,  hip flexors and spinal erectors. It claimed foam rolling alone would not suffice as it has still yet to be proven effective over the long term.

I just noticed I have a slight Anterior Pelvic Tilt after a friend from the gym told me his horror story about how he was so into squats and it got so bad he couldn't put his socks on. It sucks because I just fixed my shoulders. Anyway I'm glad I caught it early before it got bad, the video was informative and I'll have it fixed in no time.

This guy gives the best explanations by FAR, you're a good teacher. However for my case, I can't tell if I have anterior pelvic tilt or not. I have a swayback where my hips are pushed forward but my lower back is still very arched. So it's like swayback+anterior pelvic tilt, is that even possible?

How about making a video on posterior pelvic tilt with an explanatiion of causes, which muscles are shortened , weakened, and how to correct it .
