my very first gym, the instructor made me do DB pullovers as part of my chest routine. the guy used to compete in bodybuilding and had a lot of those old-school training style such as the bro split so I naturally gravitated away from those programs over the years as I learned more about evidence-based training. what i didn't expect tho that pullovers was going to be a chest biased movement, bec recently, I've encountered pullovers on this channel and also other good channels of how the DB pullover works the chest and back as opposed to how it mainly targets the back during around my 1st-3rd year of training

That 2nd tip helped. With One yr in the gym. I was doubting every bench to be decline and not really flat. Now I know am not alone. And that's what I opted slight incline felt better for me.

I think you can target inner chest
Especially cable flys
Pushing early the hands together and than pushing them together forward
Definitely feeling it in the wished area

To really tear up your upper chest with db incline bench, you can flare your elbows to 90° and keep the "bar" path compleley vertical.

My favorite are planche pushups, wide pushups and decline pushups, with equipment, normal chest press, slight incline flies and 45 degree incline bench

I do all this already for a year still have underdeveloped chest. I think I have really poor mind muscle connection with my chest. Can you do a video about it. I think some people are having this issue when I went through comment section of your previous chest videos.
