Factors that contribute to vaginal health include maintaining a proper pH balance, practicing good sexual hygiene and communication with partners, managing menstrual health, and living a healthy lifestyle. By taking care of our vaginal health, we can prevent infections, maintain sexual and reproductive health, and promote overall well-being.

If vaginal health is not maintained, it can lead to a variety of problems, including:

· Infections: The vagina is home to a delicate ecosystem of bacteria and other microorganisms, and an imbalance of these can lead to infections such as bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

· Discomfort or pain during sex: A lack of vaginal lubrication or other vaginal health issues can lead to discomfort or pain during sexual activity, which can impact sexual function and pleasure.

· Urinary tract infections (UTIs): Bacteria from the vagina can travel up into the urinary tract and cause infections, which can lead to painful urination, frequent urination, and other symptoms.

· Clean from front to back
· Avoid scented products
· Wear comfortable clothes
· Practice yogasanas

· Include cranberries in your diet

· Change wet clothes immediately

I'm a 17 year old female, for the past few months I'm feeling a constant abnormallity in my private area, I have the urge to urine in every half an hour, sometimes my vagina is very itchy, there is an unusual pain that I cannot explain in words, I have the constant urge to pull that area inside, whenever I'm giving a downwards pressure it pains too. I tested my urine but no infection was found, infact all the reports of USG were clear, I can't understand what's happening to me, please can someone help me out with this problem....pls make a video on this🙏
