The exercise for this 20 Minute Full Body HIIT Workout at Home are:
A1. Dual Pulley Cable Squat
A2. Low Pulley Bent Over Row
A3. Horizontal Cable Press
A4. Low Pulley Rope Hip Extension
To perform this 20 Minute Full Body Cable Machine Workout, you will perform 3 rounds of the entire circuit. Each exercise will be performed for 15 repetitions, using a 3-0-2-0 tempo. That means that for each exercise, you will be going down for 3 seconds and coming back up for 2 seconds, without resting at the top or bottom positions of the movement. Once each exercise is complete, you will rest for 25 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
