21 minute follow-along strength-based Full Body workout using only the mighty cable machine! This is perfect for days when the gym is busy and you don't have access to tons of equipment. Hunker down at a cable machine, grab two handle attachments, and get ready to have a great session. The weights below are just suggestions so make sure to pick a weight that challenges you appropriately. This workout will strengthen your ENTIRE body and get that heart rate up! 2. Romanian Deadlift @ 60lbs
3. Seated Lat Pulldown @ 60lbs
4. Reverse Lunge + Bicep Curl @ 20lbs
5. Cable Rotation + Press Out - R @ 10lbs
6. Cable Rotation + Press Out - L @ 10lbs
7. Cable Resisted Alternating Leg Lowers @ 20lbs
