By using a mix of bodyweight & dumbbell exercises, we'll engage all the major muscle groups in your body, resulting in a shredded and toned physique. I recommend using 4kg dumbbells but you can easily modify the weight to suit your fitness level.

Don't worry if you don't have dumbbells, you can substitute them with water bottles or other household items that have a bit of weight to them. This workout is perfect for anyone looking to get lean and defined muscles while also shedding unwanted weight.

Achieving a slim and toned physique requires two essential elements: creating a calorie deficit & regularly working the muscles. This workout combines both of these elements to help you reach your fitness goals.
