In this video, we’re going to talk about some of the symptoms associated with keto-adaptation and their solutions.

Here are some of the most common keto diet side effects paired with a simple remedy:
•Muscle cramps — Increase potassium
•Palpitations — Increase potassium
•Weakness — Increase sodium
•Bad breath — Decrease protein and add apple cider vinegar
•Dizziness — Increase sodium (sea salt and water)
•Fatigue — Increase B1 and B5 (nutritional yeast)
•Feeling cold — Increase iodine (sea kelp)
•Unsatisfied after meals — Increase fat
•Right shoulder pain — Decrease fat and nuts
•Constipation — Avoid excessive cheese or meat and increase vegetables (consume fermented vegetables)
•Lower back/abdominal pain — Increase potassium and incorporate lemon water

I was at the store and felt dizzy like I was ganna pass out. Got home and ate a pickle. Felt much better and continued my fast.

Alright, the vivid dreams Is a real legitimate side effect LOL. I'm having the craziest dreams, like eating an entire pizza on my own and waking up feeling really guilty afterwards thinking that it had actually happened.

I did Keto and got the 3rd sickest I have ever been and I am 51. You really need to warn people that these symptoms can be EXTREM! The worst nightmares of my life. I switch to straight carbs to try to jump out of Ketosis because I was on vacation. Totally destroyed my vacation. Took four days to feel 50% better.
