The fact that I can 100% relate to this🥺, I’m such a perfectionist, I’m an empath, i hide my feelings, I love music and arts so much, it’s hard for me to cry for help, I show myself with self care😫

I recently fought with my bestie...
She said me heartless, useless, worthless and much more...I didnt take it seriously.
She said about my family member who is no more. I left her.

Now it seems I am a cold introvert...I dont know how to share. Now I love to sit in a dark room...enjoy musics. I love a piano tune so i thought to share to my only friend i have now. She said you are changed. The music is creepy. It gives me chills...the saddest part is..YOU NEVER REALIZE HOW LONELY YOU ARE UNTIL IT'S THE END OF THE DAY AND YOU GOT A BUNCH OF THINGS TO TALK ABOUT AND NO ONE TO TALK TO...btw I love how the speaker's voice is so soft. It feels like someone is there to help me and I can share my things.

I almost always think I shouldn’t have been born. Not with these weakness, can't even talk eloquently, can't relax for anxiety. Can't feel happy for hard earned achievements as I am anxious for next challenge. I just need everything to stop. Cause I can't stop, whenever I try to stop for some moment, everything becomes more of a chaos.

Putting on a "happy face" is one of the most frustrating and exhausting things I need to depression is stigmatized to such an extent that it needs to be hidden in social situations, I need two days of "down time" for every hour I'm forced to pretend that I'm very difficult to have any kind of relationship with the opposite sex.

I have depression, but I am the center.of laughter in my class. I don't want my friends to feel sad, so I'm always hanging out with them and making them laugh

I relate to all of this except the one where I try hard. Instead, I give up easily...I already quit school (not literally)- and I also don’t change the subject when someone asks about my wellbeing, I just say I’m fine and they change the subject themselves.

Used to be like this for the past 4 years, but last year finally texted my friend about what's being going on and she helped me get help. Now a year later I'm healing, still having bad periods from time to time, but I am now much happier than I used to be. :)
