*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

I was a reluctant starter today, and didn’t start out feeling able for much and I’ve now finished the 10 min bands, followed by 10 min cardio and ended with 10 min kettlebell. Absolutely fantastic, and I’m definitely more likely to pick a quick one for when I’m short on time... no excuses now they’re all brilliant

Thank you so much for the short option & different levels!!! A knee injury has slowed me down & highlighted that I need to build more strength. This was an awesome intro to kettlebell cardio that I can modify for my knee & fit in after PT & before work - you gotta new subscriber 👍
