I do like kettlebell workouts although I am a cardio person ( like to move my feet) They are always Efficient - Quick burner!! I usually add it in after some cardio for only 5-10 min. I feel it working. Thanks Brian for introducing this full kettlebell workout.

Yeah I managed to do the entire workout without stopping. Even though it was 10 minutes I am sweating profusely. I know I have asked please don't get annoyed lol. More kettlebell workout pretty please my favourite workout coach.

NO!!!! Yesterday, I was at Walmart doing kettlebell exercises. i ddnt buy it cuz the kb was wrapped in cheap plastic. I'll buy one online. One dumbbell just doesnt work. Well it doesnt have the same impact. Yes!!! More pls. Thks

My kettle is 8kgs hahahaha it's gonna be interesting challenging myself with it. Definitely giving this a shot on Friday. How many kgs are you using in this video?
