Thank you for this amazing set of exercises! Sadly we're already back from 1 week of intense skiing, it was beautiful, and I was so happy having done a lot of yr videos on Unlimited to be prepared at my best. There wasn't any soreness and no pain in my injured hip either and it's all bc of you and yr amazing videos! THANK YOU! Lovely greetings from Austria! 🇦🇹

I'm the same have never went skiing and won't be going snowboarding, but I really enjoyed this workout, a great one to get the heart rate up. Thanks Jessica and I'm glad that you are recovering well.💝

Before my workout today, I was texting with a friend in Nelson, BC. She was heading out with her husband to go skiing but was lamenting because she had taken a training session on Saturday, spending virtually the whole 3-hr session in a squat. I was laughing…until I saw your new workout post today 😮 I hated and loved it. 😂 thank you 🙏 you’re brilliant, Jessica!

Did you forget to pulse on the right side? 😂 thanks for this wo! Do you think cardio (like elliptical) is good to go with this or something more like weightlifting/yoga/other resistance!?
