Been doing these drills for 3 weeks, 5 days a week. Very noticeable on the slopes, more flexible and definitely great for leg strength. I got some new boots and I wore them while I did this once. What a workout that was and helped pack them in a bit😂. Thanks for the great content! I’ve been riding for 28 years but you can never learn enough and a lot of what I watch on your channel is great for progression and dialing in those fundamentals!

Nice workout for me. I mixed in some side planks (basically 20 seconds each side and a final 20 second normal plank) plus some stretching where I couldn't keep up with the rowing, I've got a good sweat going so it's definitely a good go. Do more please, I'll follow along!

love the video, most especially because it doesn't use any equipment. My thighs are hella sore despite doing 30 minutes of yoga before this to prepare my muscles. Anyway, I'm hoping this will make a difference when I try snowboarding in a few days. Great job!
