Thanks - found this helpful also to stop losing the fear of having all my weight in the hands (for handstand and even jumping back instead of stepping back).

This is shockingly fun and difficult both mentally and physically! Such a simple movement, but trusting your arms and core to take weight while your face moves towards the floor...

such a simple yet complicated move. Its funny how we overlook how many positions or movements are supposed to be done vs how we actually do them. to actually float would mean your weight is transfering to your hands using your core. for the longest time i would just jump
