Thank you so much for this flow🙌 lovely flow 😊 sweet voice, clear instructions and not too chatty😅 thank you so much for making me sweat and still feel energetic without using my wrists👏 glad to have found u 😎 more of one hour yoga sessions pls(without using writs and forward bends too) ..

Pls make more 1 hr long CHALLENGING/STRONG /DYNAMIC wrist free yoga sessions (vinyasa or hatha) for intermediate level 😊 ..(without blocks)
