Thank you for this video! I truly believe there is something in things said by people who have nothing to gain from me doing what they tell me to. Even if placebo is that strong of an effect, im more than happy, hand mudras have helped me many times, even sitting on a crowded bus, Closed eyes and breathing ok - mudras gave me more than i thought hand gestures ever could.
