I started to run again, but I haven't worked out my legs muscles in a while. I can see why my inner ankle hurts so much now. helpful.

I sprained my ankle while I'm running and I weren't even able to walk after that. Normally it should've affected my outer ankle but this time all the pain was in my inner ankle. I wasn't even able to touch my inner ankle. The pain continued for weeks. I was still not able to run in the first month. At least I was able to walk but that's it. I tried to run but it was impossible and I gave up after 2 minutes of running.

Then I saw your video. I gave it a chance and did the first 2 exercises every morning. After a week, I tried a 4km slow-pace run and I did it. Yes, the pain was still there, but somehow I felt that my ankle was strong enough to handle that pain. Then I continued the exercise and I ran 10 km with a little bit of pain after a week. I always used ice after every run workout. Now it's been a month since I started your exercise and all the pain is almost gone and I can run anytime I want without pain anymore. I always thought the pain will go away just by waiting but that was a mistake.

I wanted to thank you for this video. You helped me so much. Now, I know what to do if my inner ankle hurts.

I injured my inner ankle with rope skipping. Quite painful and the pain spreads to my big toe and gives me trouble with walking. I am starting with your excersise today. Thanks for sharing.

I've got plantar fasciitis as well as this.
So probably my arch is flattening. I struggle to get my calves loose enough to stretch. Despite using foam roller. I will watch this again. Your approach is fresh for me and very professional. Best of luck with your business.

I started running about two years ago and have gotten by 5k time down to 23 minutes, but every time I think I am getting closer to eventually break the 20 minute mark, I give up, not due to fatigue, but due to ankle pains. In fact, sometimes, running at a very slow pace of 6min/km can cause ankle pains. I'm going to try out some of the exercises you mentioned at the end for a month or so and see if they work.

I'm a Restaurant Server who avg 15k - 21k steps per day lifting trays with heavy cast iron skillets. This is a huge difference from the seditary office job I used to have ~ Getting 10k steps used to be wow for me. My inner ankle started hurting on the side I carry the tray and now it's both. Thank you for the exercises, I'll give them a try and hope it works!

I used to run 4 days a week, speed of 6 mph for 20 mins straight. I stopped for 2 months and went back the other day. Ran for 20 mins, same speed but ankle pain started next morning. Has not stopped since, will try this out!

Pain in weight bearing is such a worst thing you ever meet in life actually due to wrong technique in running I get this problem my ortho. Told me for ligament injury and some kind of fracture aslo let pray for healing itself some some kind of suggested exercise thanks.
