This really helped. I run a lot, so the arch of my foot aches sometimes.

I have exactly this issue and pain from he last 2-3 months. Tried different home remedies and watched videos to understand what is the exact problem. I found mostly the plantar fasciitis related videos. Huge thanks for this. Will try the exercise.

Great information. I took a hockey puck to the inside of my foot and rolled out the bottom of my foot were I felt the pain. Heard a pop after a few minutes of rolling and felt so much relief.

I have flat feet 😒 so I have this issue often. Strangely, it’s primarily in my right foot only. Anyway - thank you for this.

THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!! Now, after 5 years, I know what is going w my arch!!! I had a feeling it was not plantar fasciitis – and I couldn’t find anything like this until I found your video! I have literally like a bump- or maybe a mass of scar tissue- And the lump or bump is literally right underneath the ball of my foot under my first toe! Oh my gosh it’s been killing me for like the last five years I have no idea what it is… And now thanks to you I finally know what it is – now the question is what can I do to get the scar tissue out?!

Is it bad if you keep running if you have Abductor Hallucis Pain? Because it only hurts after 5km and an hour after my run but then goes away. Walking is fine however.

I've been having pain where part of the tibialis posterior tendon inserts into the medial cuneiform for a while. However, strengthening this muscle or just contracting it on and off as to increase blood flow on a daily basis never made the pain go away. I've started strengthening the very muscles discussed in this video and now the pain is gone (unless I intentionally aggrevate the area) and I'm able to slowly start running again! I came to the idea of strengthening the flexor hallucis brevis when I discovered it has an origin on the posterior tibial tendon right about where my pain was located.

I had this pain for a week now. The pain is going away. Should I start to run or continue to rest?

This is a pain that all track and field sprinters go through. Great video to educate yourself.

I have a question can this form of therapy help with issues from pain from a broken foot. Got a friend that had a bone broken is right foot and It healed, but she still has pain when walking too much on her foot. What would you suggest? Chiropractic, sports medicine, or some other form of therapy. She has being doing PT (therapy) but it's not helping her much at all. Many thanks, P.S you really look like Christian Bale..

This is a great informational video, but what if you're experiencing pain, like me, at the muscle directly below the ball of the big toe towards the arch near the medial head/sesamoids?
I've been experiencing this pain for a while from dancing.
