You’re amazing for this! I injured my ankle hiking years ago & it’s been flaring up a lot lately as well as the other one so I’m guessing it’s from overworking them at the gym & work. I’ve been out of the gym for 2 1/2 weeks now & it’s still been too painful to walk too much. This helped instantly! I didn’t realize how much scar tissue I had…I’m going to do this 3x a week & hopefully I’ll be back in the gym damaging other body parts in no time 😃. Thank you 😊

I also found that gently tapping with the knife, I found it also helpful thank you for this video after just 5 minutes I found relief from a lot of the pain.

I can’t believe how effective this was!!! I had been suffering for months!!! Even years!!! Just with one try I felt relief and when I woke up with better ankles I couldn’t believe it. I work security. 3 days ago I had to patrol the outside parking lot for 6.5 hrs. I walked over 9.86 miles and 21, 000 steps. My right ankle felt like it was in a war. And my waist and lower back became stiff. I'm going to get a massage today asap😵‍💫

Do you have any suggestions for tarsal tunnel, l used the butter knife around the inside of ankle, l got a lot of sharp nerve shorts . I got a lot of reaction. Thankyou

4 years ago I fell from a 6 foot drop with steal toe cap boots on and landed funny on my right foot my strongest foot and I hurt it very bad first thing I thought was a broke it when I heard it crack but turns out very badly sprained it and tore tissue at the back of my foot behind my ankle but I'm still having problems now but now it hurts when I just walk I get pain that goes up my calf from the back of my ankle all the way up to the bottom of my back at the right side and idk what to do to fix it kr help it but it gets painful to walk on
