1500 calories for me:

Breakfast:
1 boil medium egg
50g baby spinach
200g beans in tomato sauce
2 medium slices wholemeal bread no added sugars

Snack
2 medium slices wholemeal bread no added sugars
30g peanut butter
100g red grapes

Lunch
0%fat authentic yogurt
2 medium slices wholemeal bread no added sugars
4 slices cooked turkey breast
2 slices chessy singles

Dinner
2 roasted chicken wings with 100g of mash patatoes

In 12 days I lost 4.1kg. After this I didn't lose anymore which means that walking will be included and after the body get's used with that as well, it's time to hit the gym.

Started at 84kg at 35yrs height 1.73cm

I eat 2000 calories a day because I felt too weak eating 1200 to 1500 my body was screaming for more than that so I eat 2000 to 2200 I walk for an hr 4 to 5 days a week and lift some weight at home. Im losing 3 to 4 pounds a month but is a lose that I know I can keep because I’m not starving myself I’m enjoying what I’m doing and I’m learning how to do it better

i eat 2900-3200 kcal and 180g protein every day and still cant gain weight while i continue losing fat… that’s how my metabolism works

I do eat 1500 cals a day. Problem is that’s also all I burn, so wrong

i am eating 1500 calories and even less somedays i track everything and i lost 40 pounds but now that im down to 225 i cant lose anymore i got down to 222 yesterday now im 225 ffs iv been in the 222-225 area the whole week i do 2h of weight lifting everyday and 30 min cardio everyday its pissing me tf off now that im so close to my goal of 190 i cant seem to lose anymore

As someone who's eating 2800> calories per day and still lose weight(im not fat btw) I can't imagine how I would be happy if I could just get bit more weight

I’m doing ALL of this and I’m still not losing fat! Been doing it for a couple months now and have lost some fat but it’s completely stopped. I go to bed every night feeling hungry but I’m not seeing any results. It’s incredibly demotivating. I weight train 6 days a week as well.

I’m 6 feet tall with decent muscle as well. I honestly just don’t understand at this point. I’m trying so hard.

I think one day after further research we will realize that metabolism is much more fluid than we currently understand and statements like the one in this video will look extremely foolish in hindsight. My metabolic rate is about 2500 cal per day (6, 1 260lbs, male) and with my job and workout routine I should be burning about 3500 cal per day and I ate 2000 cal a day for a month and did not lose a single pound.

Before anyone says oh you just didn't count them right, I'm sure there were some days I went a little bit over, but not losing a single pound is not to be expected. And I'm not ignorant in regards to how many calories something is. I track my macros and count my calories.

I have currently lost about 25 pounds on keto after two months, and now that the weight loss has slowed down and considering eating more carbs again but only eating 1500 cal a day and doing a lot more cardio and lifting more.

And if you're tracking meticulously but still not losing weight, talk to your doctor, because you might find out your thyroid hasn't been functioning for years.

Im eating 1560 a day avaraged tracking everything weighing everything and not even eating that much most days i will track my food and not eat it all and not losing weight at 280lbs but im also not doing any exercise

i set my calorie goals lower so it wouldnt be a problem. If i need to eat 1500 cal i would set it down to 1100-1200.

Yep i noticed it last year i was not counting oil used in food my mother used a lot, i was wondering i am not eating much but still fatt

I eat around 800 calories but say I eat 1500 on Google just to get harder exercises to burn more

Ppl prone to pre diabetes can end up not being able to lose weight because of sugars in foods. A great nany ppl are insulin resistant need 20 g carbs a day and yes lower calories than 1500. They go years b4 their sugars hit 6.7 or more then they are told they have diabetes or prediabetes. And no ppl should eat snacks u described, drinks alcohol.
