I currently eat 1550 calories on weekdays and 1900 on weekends. I eat lots of vegetables though as well as eggs. Honestly I don’t feel low energy at all and have been feeling better lately

Drinking your calories is probably the dumbest thing to do on a diet, especially on one that is so aggressive

If done right you shouldn’t be hungry on 1500 calories. I eat 1500 calories on a deficit but these meals look sad. For breakfest I have tons of roasted veggies with tofu and pickled radish. For lunch I have steak and rice tacos. For a snack I have a bag of popcorn or a protein bar and for dinner I have some more veggies and a tofu protein shake with lots of fruit. It’s important to be efficient

I managed to cut out sugar in coffee gradually a few years ago, gives you a few spare calories for a piece of chocolate or something.

For people being negative, this is pretty much a fasting day. It’s desired goal is to be a diet you eat on low stress days or days off working out. After a short period of time you will eat more. I’m a man over 6 feet and sometimes do 1700-1900 calories one day a week as my “fasting” day. Then I do 23-500 other days. I do often cheat days on 3000-3200. This plan works for me

I would definitely switch the breakfast for an oatmeal with protein powder and bananas. Drinking protein shakes won’t make you full because it’s not solid food.
