I am practising 16hrs intermittent fasting and managed to lose weight. During the 8 hrs eating window, 4tbsp rice, vegetables and some protein. I take black coffee in the evening without sugar. Night sometimes I take salad or sometimes nothing. Not hungry. Anyone can try this. It's good simple way to lose weight. The 16hrs fasting window is very good. Water intake must be good. I take 3L water per day. Just sharing.
