Learn How to Speed Read

This week I learned how to speed read to help me reach my goal of reading 1 book per week!

I’ve always wanted to read a lot of books but found it difficult to have enough time to read through all of them.

After finding out about speed reading, I was curious to see if I could improve my reading speed so that I could read through more books. I researched what exercises needed to be done to be able to speed read and started practicing.

In this video I document my speed reading progress as I do the reading exercises, and at the end, I was able to increase my reading speed by almost 3x!

Hey, how has it been going? I have been practicing this after seeing the Tim Ferris post and wanted to know how it has played out for you. I also have a question. During the first stage, where you are just trying to increase your eye movement speed (and not comprehend the text), do you look at the tip of the pen, or the words just above the tip of the pen?
