Today is my 5 year anniversary of keto. Down 145 lbs and have maintained the same 8lbs for the whole time. Yes I add some different foods as long as it’s not processed crap. Just had my lipid panel done. Total was 155 with triglycerides at 32. Best I’ve felt in many many years. Also Today is five years sober.
“Eat real food and keto on!!

I started Keto in 2018 and lost 150lbs within 2 years. I went from 321lbs to 170lbs, and good thing I did because I needed Open Heart Surgery to replace my aortic valve in 2022. I had no clogged arteries. Isn’t that amazing.

I lost 78 lbs, lowered my BMI considerably and I am no longer pre-diabetic. I've struggled with my weight for over 50 years. Keto/low carb has been the easiest for me to stick with.

I lost 75 pounds in six months. It’s been three years; what a blast! No problem maintaining. I don’t calculate macros. Just focus on low carb. Life changing!

I started low carb in April, lost 29 pounds. Have stayed the same weight for four months and then started losing again. Keep it up people! At the end of April it will be a year. I feel so much better. You've got this.

Thank you both so much for your channel. I did Atkins 12 years ago and lost 60 pounds. I put on 140 pounds in the last 4 years due to illness. Started keto again and lost 25 pounds and then started to slip. You two have helped me get back on track. So bless you, from an Aussie grandmother 👵.

I understand exactly! I am starting my 4th year eating Keto/Carnavore! I feel wonderful at 81 years old. Last year my Doctor told me to stop losing weight. That is the first time in my life that someone told me that! I live the relaxed way also. I feel the best eating this way so I will continue. I really enjoy you two ! Aloha from Hawaii and Mahalo!

Cabbage video sent me back here. A month later, I know now that I've had lipedema for the last 40 years, stage 2. My life make so much more sense now. Journey just took a turn. 🤷‍♀️ It is what it is. You two doing your thing in my home town is so encouraging and keeps hope alive for me. I compliment you so much because like I said a month ago, you two DO ROCK! Keep bringing it! 200K before you know it!

dealing with weight issues for years, I found solace in the keto journey. Plateaus challenged me, and maintenance became key. The Aspect Health took precedence. The twins' approach resonates; it's about balance, not fear. 🌱💪

I have lost 35 pounds and kept it off for 5 years now. I choose to focus all the things I am able to eat on keto rather than foods I can’t. I haven’t had a potato in 5 years but who cares. I love peanut butter, bacon, cheese and slipping into my size 6 jeans.

When you look around, does it seem keto is more effective at getting large amounts of weight off and keeping it off? I don’t see any other diet that comes close! Especially for women over 50. So many comment on their age, 50+ weight losses and years of successful maintenance 🎉. Tremendous info and support is free right here. The foods needed are in all grocery stores. The Keto Twins are amazing and the only ones giving solid support for making keto a sustainable way of life. Bravo and a million thanks!

Walking. 2500 steps min, then 3500, walking is great for mental health

You ladies are so spot on. I've been on dirty keto for two and a half years. I'm in maintenance mode too. I fluctuate 5 or 10 pounds here and there. Depending on if I've had a cheat meal or two. This hasn't been too difficult. My lifestyle for life. 😊

I’m about 8 years in, and I fell off the wagon this summer and gained about 20 pounds before I went back to keto. So I’ve learned that too many non keto “cheat days “ can derail me after all this time, so I won’t do that again. I have pretty well lost it again now, it’s been a few months. My body just does better sticking to keto

Hooray for relaxed! It's so nice to not have to think about food all day long. This video is GREAT advice. Well done!

I went keto a year and a half ago at 65. One thing I was not prepared for was how different my face looks. My metabolic health is tons better but it took me some time to adjust to my lower weight look.😮

Love watching your videos. Lost 65 lbs with Keto and intermittent fasting. Have been able to keep it off with the relaxed Keto lifestyle. One of my favorite parts is no longer feeling controlled by craving food/carbs, hunger is controlled instead!

Thank you, Sarah and Emily! I have enjoyed and benefited from your channel for years now and appreciate you both so very much! It's such a treat to see you grown and achieve more and more. Warmest wishes for the next five years and beyond: on to a million this year, wohoo! ❤

I will add for other KT peeps that after three years on keto, I can verify that pretty much everything you discuss here is absolutely right on. Plateauing, for example. I lost seventy pounds in the first year. Then it was just a slow slog, or no weight loss, for a long time. I have 40 lbs to go and have plateaued here for months. In my head I know that I just have to keep on keeping on, that slow and steady wins the race, but I do so miss the fireworks of those early days of easily measurable and VISIBLE progress! It's harder to hold that course when I'm feeling stuck. And anyway, it's not a race, it's a life path that is forever, so enjoy the journey! There is no THERE to get to, other than a goal weight or health matter along the way. You're never done, indeed. Hold your course!

In spite of my feeling of 'stuckness', I also know that my overall health is improving "under the hood", with blood chemistry, kidney health, disgestive issues, skin clarity, and metabolic flexibility and more all improving and healing in ways I can't see on the surface but that I know are happening inside my body.

So, bottom line, keep on keepin' on, and keep coming back to Keto Twins for support and inspiration! You got this! 🥰💪❤
