Extreme Afterburn Leg Workout

WARNING -- Do NOT go to the gym before you watch this video:

Hey it's Mike with sixpackshortcuts, and today I'm going to show you my extreme Afterburn workout. This workout is going to help you build the ripped and muscular body that's will get you all the attention when you hit the pool this year.

Workout breakdown:

** Complete 1 round by doing 30 seconds each exercise with no rest in between.

** Rest 30 seconds after each round. // Complete 4 rounds for entire workout.

-Ass to the ground squats // By squatting low, you'll be able to activate a lot more leg muscles and build them faster.

-Ski's

-Step ups // Find something to step on and alternate between legs by setting up onto this blog

I remember how girls would always make fun of how skinny I was. To make sure no one would see how skinny I was, I would wear baggy clothes everywhere I would go. I can honestly tell all the haters I had followed mike's work out since 2011 and I am in the best shape of my life now. The point of workout is being in shape and not look like some big bulky muscular gorillas. So next time when anyone complains mike uses too little weight, go and train with gorillas.

I think you're spot on, now i think about it i think Mike has actually been a huge factor in me getting into working-out and now i'm always motivated, and really seeing progress with my body, maybe there are a lot of people making progress who aren't completely aware of Mike's influence ... just because you don't use all his workouts doesn't mean he hasn't helped you.. thank you Mike Chang :) I know i'd still be skin and bones without your videos, i've just realised i hugely appreciate them :)

Man! that was really cool. this whole work out pumps up ur legs in less than 10 mins. Its like a series of power sets. Amazing.

he never denies going to the gym, or bashes the gym. These workouts to my understanding are to help ppl from home or at the beginner level or in my case they are nice add-ons to my gym workout.
