This is part 1 of Coach Rollie's Apocalypse Afterburn Workout. It's a bonus workout that goes with the Fat X Program (FX 12) at the Fat X 101 website. The workout video showcases the first three exercises in this bonus workout. The exercises are the advanced burpee, full squat and bent over row. Part two of the Apocalypse Afterburn Workout will be out soon.
The complete Apocalypse Afterburn Workouts utilizes 10 different exercises done back to back to create an afterburn (EPOC) effect. Each exercise must be done for 10 reps (repetitions) before moving on to the next exercise. The 10 exercises for 10 reps are to to be completed as fast as possible.
